Refund Policy

At APPAGE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for products and services offered by APPAGE. We encourage you to carefully review this policy before making any purchases. By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

General Refund Terms

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to APPAGE.
  • Refunds will be processed within 40 business days of the date of the refund request.
  • Refunds will be made using the original method of payment (if applicable).
  • Any applicable taxes paid will be included in the refund amount.

1. Web/App Development

1.1 Project Cancellation

Clients may withdraw from a project before its completion. In such cases, APPAGE will assess the work completed and may refund a portion of the unutilized amount. The refund will be determined based on factors such as:

  • Development hours already invested.
  • Resources allocated to the project.
  • Project milestones achieved.

To ensure a smooth resolution process, it is crucial for clients to communicate any dissatisfaction with our services as soon as possible, preferably within days of the issue arising, to allow for timely resolution.

1.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • If the project has been completed and deployed, no refunds will be issued.
  • If the client fails to provide the required information for the successful completion of the project in a timely manner, APPAGE is not liable to follow its delivery or refund commitments.

1.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds will be processed within 180 business days of the date of cancellation and will be made using the original method of payment.

2. AI Business Solutions

2.1 SaaS Products

For SaaS products, the timeframe for requesting a refund depends on various factors, including the product complexity and industry standards:

  • For simpler products, a shorter refund window may be sufficient, such as 7 or 14 days.
  • For more complex products that require extensive setup or integration, a 40-day refund window might be more appropriate.
  • Refunds may be considered if the service has not been substantially used or accessed during the refund window.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period may be offered.

2.1.1 Legal Considerations

Please note that legal requirements for refunds may vary depending on your location. For example, the European Union has a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, which may apply to SaaS products. Our refund policy is designed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 Custom AI Solutions

For custom AI solutions, clients may withdraw from a project before its completion. In such cases, APPAGE will assess the work completed and may refund a portion of the unutilized amount. The refund will be determined based on factors such as development hours, resource allocation, and milestones achieved.

If APPAGE fails to deliver the project based on the committed terms, the unutilized balance amount will be refunded to the client. Dissatisfaction with the quality of the project must be reported in writing within 10 days of project delivery.

3. Cloud and Data Management Services

3.1 Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing written notice to APPAGE. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3.2 Prepaid Services

For services paid in advance, we do not provide refunds for the unused portion of the service period unless specified otherwise in a service agreement.

3.3 Non-refundable Products/Services

Certain products or services may be labeled as non-refundable due to their nature. This includes software products that have been fully downloaded or activated, and services that have been fully rendered and for which the agreed-upon deliverables have been provided.

4. AI, Cloud, Data and Dev Trainings

4.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a training program, please notify us in writing at least 10 business days before the scheduled start date to be eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation notice is received less than 10 business days before the start date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

If you need to reschedule your training, please inform us at least 5 business days prior to the original start date. Rescheduling requests received less than 5 business days before the original start date will be subject to a rescheduling fee.

4.2 Refunds

  • For self-paced online courses, a 100% refund may be offered if the request for cancellation is registered within seven (3) calendar days from the date of payment of the course fee, provided that less than 10% of the course has been accessed.
  • For virtual live training (bootcamps), students are eligible for a refund (minus a processing fee) within 7 days of purchase.
  • For instructor-led online training, a 100% refund will be paid to the delegate if APPAGE cancels an event.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days (or more) prior to the event, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
  • Refunds of any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt of the request for a refund for duplicate payment.

4.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

If you do not attend the training without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be allowed. Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance.

4.4 Subscription Renewals

Your monthly/yearly plan will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term at the same rate you are currently paying. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you need to cancel your subscription before the scheduled renewal date.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a written request through email to APPAGE clearly stating your reason for the refund request.
  • Provide your order details, including the order number, date of purchase, and the product or service for which you are requesting a refund.
  • APPAGE will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within the timeframe specified in the "General Refund Terms" section.
